Ingredients
1 cup water
1 frozen banana
1 scoop of Young Living Vanilla Spice Pure Protein Complete
1 drop of YL Cinnamon Essential Oil
1 drop of YL Nutmeg Essential Oil
1 cup ice
Directions
Put ingredients into a blender. Blend until smooth.
