A Protein Shake with the comfort of Banana Bread


Ingredients

  • 1 cup water

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 1 scoop of Young Living Vanilla Spice Pure Protein Complete

  • 1 drop of YL Cinnamon Essential Oil

  • 1 drop of YL Nutmeg Essential Oil

  • 1 cup ice

Directions

Put ingredients into a blender. Blend until smooth.
