Hot Cocoa with Cinnamon EO Recipe


Serves 4 in Under 20 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup Organic Agave Nectar, Honey or Maple Syrup

  • 1/3 cup Unsweetened Organic Cocoa Powder (Dark Chocolate if you can)

  • 3 cups Organic Coconut Milk (Find one with NO Carageenan, sugar, GMO's)

  • 1 cup Organic Coconut CREAM (Same expectations as milk)

  • 3/4 tsp. Organic Vanilla Extract

  • Pinch of Celtic or Himalayan Sea Salt

  • 1/3 cup boiling water

  • 1 drop Young Living Cinnamon Essential Oil

Instructions:

  1. Combine the cocoa, sweetner, and pinch of salt in a saucepan, and add the boiling water.

  2. Stir, and slowly bring to an easy boil. Be careful not to let it scorch.

  3. Stir in milk and half-and-half. Heat until hot but not boiling.

  4. Remove from heat, and allow to cool to drinkable temperature.

  5. Stir in 3/4 tsp. vanilla and 1 drop of Young Living Cinnamon Essential Oil.

  6. Divide hot cocoa between 4 mugs.

  7. Top with a generous dollop of So Delicious Coco Whip! and sprinkle a pinch of cocoa and ground cinnamon for garnish.
