Serves 4 in Under 20 minutes
Ingredients:
1/2 cup Organic Agave Nectar, Honey or Maple Syrup
1/3 cup Unsweetened Organic Cocoa Powder (Dark Chocolate if you can)
3 cups Organic Coconut Milk (Find one with NO Carageenan, sugar, GMO's)
1 cup Organic Coconut CREAM (Same expectations as milk)
3/4 tsp. Organic Vanilla Extract
Pinch of Celtic or Himalayan Sea Salt
1/3 cup boiling water
1 drop Young Living Cinnamon Essential Oil
Instructions:
Combine the cocoa, sweetner, and pinch of salt in a saucepan, and add the boiling water.
Stir, and slowly bring to an easy boil. Be careful not to let it scorch.
Stir in milk and half-and-half. Heat until hot but not boiling.
Remove from heat, and allow to cool to drinkable temperature.
Stir in 3/4 tsp. vanilla and 1 drop of Young Living Cinnamon Essential Oil.
Divide hot cocoa between 4 mugs.
Top with a generous dollop of So Delicious Coco Whip! and sprinkle a pinch of cocoa and ground cinnamon for garnish.
