This blend is effective for enhancing the feeling and memory of the beautiful times of Christmas and for enhancing the desire to be in that happy and joyful moment that Christmas brings. It may be very beneficial for protecting against airborne viruses and bacteria because it contains several very powerful antiviral and antiseptic oils. It may also be quite soothing and healing to the respiratory system.
Single Oils Contained in This Blend:
Orange spreads a little sunshine on gloomy thoughts and depression. It may help encourage a positive outlook on life, bringing peace and happiness to the mind and body. Orange is antiseptic and antidepressant.
Cinnamon Bark may have a stimulating and toning effect on the whole body and particularly on the circulatory system. It may also help bring about feelings of joy. It is antiseptic, antibacterial, and antiviral. Cinnamon is considered a hot oil and therefore may be an irritant to the skin, it is best to apply typically with a carrier oil.
Spruce grounds the body, creating the balance and opening necessary to receive and to give. This oil is warming, healing, uplifting, and soothing. It may also help relieve anxiety and act as an antiseptic.
