Recipe: Sweet & Sassy Summer Sorbet

2 cup fresh mango

2 cup of fresh peaches

1/2 cup filtered water (For creamier sherbet style option, add preferred milk substitute: Coconut, Almond, etc.)

1/4 cup of Organic YLEO Blue Agave

2 drops Lime Vitality YLEO

Optional: Natural, Sugar-free Sweetener to taste (Stevia, Monk Fruit, etc.)

If unable to access fresh organic fruit, frozen organic is just fine. Add the fruit and liquid to a blender and blend well. Continue to blend on low as you slowly add the agave and essential oils.

Give it a taste. IF you feel it needs to be sweeter, add a little of your favorite sugar-free, natural sweetener. Although Organic Blue Agave only has a glycemic index of 25 (sugar has a glycemic index of 68-85), one teaspoon is still 20 calories and 5.2g of sugar. Pretty much everyone can benefit from reducing their sugar intake.

Put mixture into the refrigerator to chill for at least an hour. If you have an ice cream maker finish with that, otherwise, pour into frozen Popsicle holders until frozen through.
