Homemade Cheesy Potato Wedges with Young Living Vitality Essential Oils

Cooking can be fun with essential oils from your own kitchen with this tasty Cheesy Potato Wedge recipe! Featuring Oregnao Vitality™ and Basil Vitality™ essential oils, this simple recipe is sure to be a favorite at your table!


Ingredients:

3-4 Russet Potato's 4 Tablespoons of Olive Oil

1 Drop of Oregano Vitality Essential Oil

1 Drop Basil Vitality Essential Oil

2 Teaspoons of Italian Seasoning

2 Teaspoons of Garlic Powder

2 Teaspoons of Salt ½ Cup of Parmesan Cheese


Directions:

1. Rinse and scrub Russet potatoes, cut into wedges, and place in a large glass bowl.

2. In a small glass bowl mix together 4 Tablespoons of olive oil, 1 Drop of Oregano Vitality Essential Oil, and 1 Drop Basil Vitality Essential Oil

3. Pour oil mixture over potato wedges

4. In a glass bowl mix together 2 Teaspoons of Italian Seasoning, 2 Teaspoons of Garlic Powder, and 2 Teaspoons of Salt and set aside

5. Pour ½ cup of Parmesan Cheese over potato wedges

6. Add the bowl of seasoning mixture to the potato wedges and mix all together

7. On a baking sheet lay potato wedges flat

8. If there is any extra cheese and seasoning mixture left in the bowl place it on the potato wedges

9. Bake wedges at 375 degrees for 25 to 35 minutes.

10. Remove from oven and let cool for 10 minutes.
